The obvious one is a fuse box — if you are still unscrewing glass fuses, the service feeding your house was sized for a 1950s appliance load and you are almost certainly running extension leads to compensate. Three things drive most panel upgrades here. First, EV charging — a Level 2 charger wants a 40 or 60 amp circuit and a full panel simply cannot host it.
