Real arrival windows with a text before the crew sets off, so you are not surrendering a whole day. A dispatch line answered by a person at three in the morning. And no surcharge for nights, weekends or holidays, because charging extra at the exact moment someone is most vulnerable is a poor way to build a business you want people to call twice.

We would rather lose a job than sell one that is not needed. If your panel has another decade in it, we will say so. If a flicker is a bulb rather than a neutral, we will tell you that too. The work that comes back to us is the work that was honest the first time.
